The World’s Smallest St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set to take over the street, at least one block of East College.The annual event takes place at noon on St Patrick’s Day, March 17th.The parade route is one block: from the courthouse to the Boll Weevil Monument and back.Total elapsed time:about 10 minutes.The parade has been featured on national news and received international coverage as far away as Ireland.
